What is Graduate Head Start?

The Graduate Head Start (GHS) programme is a free, three-day programme which is delivered by the University's Careers and Employability Department.  This unique and innovative programme has been designed to support University of Chester graduates who are yet to find employment or who are not fulfilling their career ambitions.

To be eligible for a place on the GHS programme you must:

be a University of Chester graduate*
be currently unemployed or not fulfilling your career ambitions
be available to attend the three essential Career Planning Days, on a full time basis (9.30-4.00), at the University of Chester's  Chester campus - see programme dates
have valid leave to remain in the UK  if you are an overseas student
*NB - Places will offered to University of Chester graduates as a priority. Should there be occasions where we are unable to fully recruit University of Chester graduates to our required participant numbers; the offer of a place will then be made to a non-Chester graduate.

The GHS programme will run monthly from September 2015, right through to December 2016.
